They all contain bubbles, so what, then, are the real differences between your favourite sparkling wines? To learn more about what distinguishes Champagne, Prosecco, and Cava, among others, POP on over to Sip West Didsbury for a night of fizz fun, hosted by Nick. The night includes canapes on arrival and 5 sparkling wines, as well as a cheese and charcuterie sharing platter.
